Business development in Western Europe for an engineering company

Since 2006, and under an agency agreement since August 2013, JCP has represented IPE's engineering and design services in Switzerland, France, Italy, Türkiye and other markets. JCP identifies projects, introduces IPE to plant owners and general contractors, supports the offers and follows the negotiations. JCP is paid a monthly prospection fee and a commission on every contract won.

Clients won for IPE include Kronospan (glue-plant extension in Lampertswalde, Germany; engineering for plants in Bulgaria and filtration engineering), SIAD (detail design of a CO₂-capture plant in Slovakia, with TÜV SÜD review), Corden BioChem (Romania), ROTAN (Germany), TechniCAD, GeLiMa and Virte.

Projects brought to IPE also include the engineering of a new pharmaceutical plant (2020–2021) and the revamp and relocation of chemical production units (2008–2013).

From a research centre to a spin-off's first customers

For MaNEP, the Swiss National Science Foundation's research centre on new electronic materials at the University of Geneva, JCP created the visual identity, the website, presentation templates, a newsletter and posters, and maintained the site.

For PHASIS, a University of Geneva spin-off producing thin piezoelectric films, JCP built the commercial presence: website, product data sheets, brochure and labels, then a content-managed site with online quotation and payment.

A software development project for a federal institute of technology

For EPFL, JCP managed a software development project and delivered it with a development partner in Slovakia: specification, coordination of the development team, acceptance and handover.

An energy-monitoring portal for restaurants and offices

JCP specified the portal and delivered it with a software development partner in Slovakia. It collected consumption data from meters at sites of an international restaurant chain in Switzerland and Spain and of a news agency's Swiss offices, and produced twenty standard reports, including load profiles and energy per guest.

JCP also analysed the quality of the incoming measurements, proposed a second phase with direct Modbus connection to sensors and redundant servers, and operated the portal under a maintenance contract.

Website, sales and marketing in Switzerland for a leather goods brand

JCP created the artaleder.ch website to present ARTA's bags and wallets in Switzerland, defined the market strategy and is responsible for sales and marketing, including the search for distribution partners.

IT systems, infrastructure, business incubators and training with a cluster of European SMEs

Since 2002, JCP has worked with public institutions in a North African country on projects in IT systems, infrastructure, the development of business incubators and professional training. JCP brings together a cluster of small and medium-sized companies based in the European Union, coordinates their offers and follows the projects.

Project follow-up between the Gulf, India and Europe

For Cyrenaica Services FZE, which provides engineering services and follows industrial projects in the Middle East, Africa and India, JCP has handled marketing and sales since 2015: identification of opportunities, follow-up of projects in Africa and the United Arab Emirates, and contacts with Swiss and French companies.

French food products for the South Indian market

JCP assisted Vals Patisserie, an agrifood company commercialising French food products in South India, with its market entry, including the Indian rules on food imports and labelling.

An international trademark programme, from strategy to renewals

JCP defined the trademark strategy for the organisation's names and logos and coordinated filings, oppositions, proofs of use and renewals with local counsel in Switzerland, the European Union, France, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Argentina, keeping a status register of every mark for more than ten years.

A patient-tracking system for Alzheimer's care

JCP supplied and set up an indoor tracking system based on Bluetooth beacons for the care of Alzheimer's patients: beacon hardware, a cloud console and programming interfaces, mobile software kits, floor-plan configuration and remote training, under a software supply and support agreement.

A campaign on Switzerland's bilateral agreements with the EU

For the 2005 vote on extending the free movement of persons to the ten new EU member states, JCP produced campaign material for French-speaking Switzerland: logo and brochure, country fact sheets, a website with online petition, press advertisements in the main daily newspapers, trade-fair stand visuals and a newsletter.
